The UNUS "MODEL DD" pursues a powerful trajectory design that combines operability and reproducibility.
This driver head was developed to achieve optimal center of gravity balance, allowing for stable fade shots without sacrificing distance.

By placing weights in two locations, on the toe side and the back face, the center of gravity design prevents excessive hooking and achieves excellent straightness.
In particular, the "fade bias weight" on the toe side suppresses unnecessary turn of the face when swinging,
By preventing excessive hooking, it produces an ideal straight fade trajectory.

SHIELDED CARBON CROWN

Equipped with a shielded carbon crown

By adopting a shielded carbon crown, it is approximately 20% lighter than conventional full titanium crowns.
In the MODEL DD, the carbon crown extends from the rear of the head to the heel like a shield,
Lightweight and stiffer heel section reduces head twist at impact.
It has a structure that allows for a highly straight trajectory.
Furthermore, taking advantage of its lighter weight than titanium crowns, excess weight is redistributed to the optimal center of gravity.
This creates a high launch angle and a large moment of inertia, improving both distance and stability.

Deep Face,

The newly designed lightweight forged semi-cup face structure delivers high initial velocity, high trajectory and big carry.
The score line pattern is visually designed to make it easier to impact the sweet spot when you address the ball.
It also features a groove structure that is less susceptible to the effects of moisture such as rain.
The face shape is designed to be deep, and the structure is focused on allowing you to hit the ball firmly and crush it.
We strive to achieve both distance performance and operability.

TYPE 1.2 & 1.5

The loft angle can be selected from eight positions based on the head loft angle, with a range of ±1.0° for TYPE1.2 and ±1.5° for TYPE1.5.
